Users should have the ability to opt-out of the 'new meetings booked' emails that get sent out by Hubspot, because calendars usually also send out a confirmation email and this causes a redundancy for some users.
We are in the process of developing an option to toggle ON/OFF these reminder emails being sent via HubSpot.
I will update this post once we have this in beta!
We are currently in development and plan to roll out to product live to all once this is ready to go!
You can now opt out of the meetings confirmation emails! In meeting settings under configuration you can toggle off the confirmation email.
Hey @pjordan - we are currently planning to add a toggle to Meetings settings to allow users to opt out of the confirmation email from being sent on a per meeting basis!
