As an agency, we drive traffic to the website. Then the visitor requests a meeting/consultation/quote over chat. We don't get any reporting on that.
It would be great to add a button in the chat window that would change this to an "Opportunity" lifecycle and log this in a report somewhere.
Not all of our clients use the Sales tools or the CRM deeply. This would help us have another metric to report on "Opportunities from Chat"
