A user should be able to open the task queue directly from the contacts screen. Currently the only way I can get to the task queue is to go into a task sent to me by e-mail, or my daily multiple task queue notification. When I complete the task(s) I have the option of opening the queue. This should be exactly on the contacts screen.
I am in total agreement with you - this is horrible that you have to leave the contact - go to task - find your contact to get the task enabled.... this needs a better way.. very annoying
