Open external email client when user clicks on email address

Currently when a user clicks on an email addresss on a contact, company, deal, etc. it bring up a window for the user to email the contact from within Hubspot using the email integration. For those not wanting to use the email integration, it would be nice for a user to be able to click on an email address and it not bring up the Hubspot email option, but instead bring up an external email client, like a "mail to:" link that is common elsewhere.

Agreed. Is it difficult to explain to users NOT to click on the big email button but to click on the tiny link button in the email field.

The administrator that blocks email integration should be able to convert that big email button into a simple "mailto"

This is a great idea and I'm shocked it's not loaded with likes. I suspect there is another post on this somewhere
