Open/click notifications for 1-1 emails sent via HubSpot
Submitting on behalf of a customer -
Currently, we're only able to receive real-time email open/click notifications if we're using the HubSpot Sales Chrome extension or HubSpot Sales for Windows tray app.
There isn't a way to receive in-app notifications natively on HS for emails sent directly via the CRM, and we aren't able to create a workflow triggered based on an 1-1 email open/click activity as well for custom notifications.
It'd be beneficial if there are more options around this area (ie. in-app bell notifications), esp for customers that are not using Gmail or Windows. Thanks team!
This would be great for sequences to notify sales reps when an email has been opened X amount of times or something within the email (files or other digital assets) were clicked on or downloaded.
