It would be nice to be able to navigate to a given company address by tapping on the address under properties even if all it did was sent you to a third party app such as google maps or apple maps.
Hi @AJernigan GREAT IDEA! I'm going to move this post over to the ideas forum for further comment.
I would especially like to see the Route Planning feature, which could be used through Google Maps or another tool integration. This would be a HUGE asset to our sales team, who are currently using Road Warrior, Trips, Streets, or other route planning apps. It is a lot more work for them to have to type in all that information when it could easily be pulled up through HubSpot.
It would also be nice to be able to see mutiple customers on a map at once so you can map out your trip.
In-person visits to our prospects and customers is still a large factor in our inbound sales process. It would be great if the mobile app included functionality for launching a map/directions to a company's address in Google maps or Apple maps.
I would like this too. When you click on the contacts adddress it should pop apple maps.
We would also simply like a maps view - so you could see a map of your existing location and see all your contacts/companies in the surrounding area. Even if the directional map wasn't there, at least you could see who was around.
On Android, Google Maps launches when you select the address.
I agree with the request for a maps view of my HS customers and prospects on the mobile app.
Yes, we would use this as well. We have sales people who go out daily to give customers demos. When they are in a specific area, it would be great for them to see their other customers that they could check in with.
@mktgqueen that's a great idea! Have you heard of any headway on that?
@edjusten where is the Idea located that you submitted so I can upvote?
I see that the Hubspot Product Team responded to this saying that they are working on this. This was almost two years ago!!! Anyone from Hubspot have an update on the functionality? Many other CRM's already have this feature implemented.
