With over 250 users in our HubSpot account, any time we opt into a upgrade trial (ex. pro to enterprise tier) our entire account has the banner displayed for them that we are in a trial.
This causes a cascade of tickets for the admin to simply answer the same question: yes this is normal.
Please only display trial banners to Super Admins!
I agree with NPH, the first step is to display only to Super Admins.
The next step would be to only show banners to people that have access to the hub in question. For instance, if I have a user that does not have access to the Service Hub and I decide to run a trial of it, don't show the banner to that user.
