Only display Available users in the Chat prompt

Currently, when setting up Chat, you decide which of your Hubspot users should be displayed on the initial Chat prompt that a website visitor sees. However, this means that users are displayed regardless of whether they are Available or Away.


Please change this to:

  • At the account level, you select which users can be displayed on the initial Chat prompt
  • At any given time, only display the users who have classified themselves as Available

(I'm not sure which category this belongs in — there's not a specific Conversations one — so please recategorize if needed.)
