One-Off Availability Overrides for Meetings/Calls (Working Hours)
Right now, HubSpot’s scheduling tool only lets you set up a repeating weekly availability. That makes it tough for team members who need to make temporary changes, like swapping shifts, picking up extra hours during busy periods, or covering a holiday, because they have to edit their entire recurring schedule.
If we could add a “one-off” availability override for a single day, our support team (which uses a lot of part-time and flexible shifts) could:
Add extra meeting slots on specific dates without permanently changing their regular schedule.
Skip the time-consuming workarounds that often lead to missed or misdirected bookings.
Stay accurate and flexible when responding to real-time demand, no matter the time zone.
Having the option for one-off availability overrides would make scheduling much smoother, cut down on admin work, and eliminate booking mistakes.This would be especially helpful for teams with rotating or irregular shifts, leading to better efficiency and a smoother experience for both our staff and customers.
