Whether we are discussing tickets or emails within the Conversation inbox, there should be an option to display items oldest to newest versus only permitted the newest tickets/emails at the top of the list.
Ideally, most companies should be working with the FIFO mentality of first in, first out. Having to scroll endlessly to get to the oldest customer inquiries is not efficient and often leaves our oldest items out of sight and out of mind.
