Offline Messages Alert | Send regardless of Visitor Email
Currently the Offline Messages that come into our organization go into a black hole if the contact did not provide an email. This is what I just found out today from a support rep for case #778994.
What's the point of having an offline message chat box if you're never going to get the info for anonymous folks chatting. Either make the email field required or send the alert about the anonymous chat regardless of email.
