Been using hubspot for a few months and love it. Does everything i need. I've recommended it to both my company directors, 3 colleagues and some friends too!
One issue that's come up is the mobile app is useless if offline i.e. airplane mode or, more importantly, when travelling to places where internet isn't available.
Would be really good if the app could cache Contact Lists and tasks much like Microsoft Outlook does for times when a connection isn't available.
I understand that this might be a lot of data to store for some larger databases so perhaps offer the setting to Cache All Data, Cache Some Data or Not To Cache at all.
