Offer country as a dropdown in chat bot

When selecting Country as an option, the bot offers the client all the countries in your list of 100+ buttons. This should be offered as a dropdown. Use case: I need to route sales requests to the sales people in the clients country.

I agree that there needs to be some sort of a solution here. As a fall back, we had expected to be able to at least map IP to identify the country, but as you can see that too isn't possible. https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Log-visitors-IP-address-immediately-in-chat/idc-p/254... .

This would be ideal - we used to use Zopim/Zendesk and we could immediately see which city, state, and country people were chatting from. Super helpful, and often allows us to focus leads where they need to go.
