Please introduce a way to report on the number of emails sent, based on each different sales email template ID.
For example, our team send (or at least they should send) our 'enquiry email' template to every new deal. I therefore want to report on the number of emails sent based on that template, to ensure it matches up to the number of new deals created.
Similarly we've just set up a 'customer testimonial request' email, and I'd really like to know how many of these requests have been sent out, to compare with how many reviews we've received off the back of them.
I understand this may be trackable if we upgraded our account and used email automation based on certain triggers, but it's too expensive for us to upgrade just for that feature, and it should be such an easy thing to create a custom report for.
I have spoken to support and it's possible to report on the number of 'emails opened' or 'emails clicked' based on the email template ID, but not number of emails sent.
