I would like to request the ability to create a smartlist with the criteria of "number of emails sent/delivered" and have the ability to combine that with a date range. The purpose for doing this would be so that users could create a smartlist with something like "number of emails sent/delivered" is "greater than or equal to X" over a certain period of time. With such a list, users could monitor if and how many and who of their contacts was getting sent an excessive amount of emails. This would allow a complex business with many segments to monitor email frequency and look for patterns, without enacting a specific email frequency cap.
