Number of Sales Activities Before Another Date Property

As a member of our Customer Success team, we have vendors who deactivate their account, then reactivate.

What I would love to accomplish is being able to see how many sales touches/outreach was needed until a vendor reactivates their account.

This way we can track when we are hitting that average number to know when we're 'spinning our wheels' and not focusing on vendors who have a chance of reactivating.

 

For example:

If I can see a vendor needs an average of 50 sales touches before reactivating, and a VIP cancelled account has only received 10, that is a clear sign our team needs to shift priorities to continue outreach.
