We are a Customer Service team that often needs to partner with other departments in Purchasing or Fulfillment to resolve a customer issue.
Cross Department communication can be challenging at times and although 1 person within the other departments typically handles our requests, we do not always know when they are out of office and need the @mention to trigger a notification to their manager to ensure timely response.
I would like this to be an option that could either be activated or written as a workflow when @Mention is on an email/ conversation comment or within a field associated with a ticket. (we often comment on tasks within a ticket)
