Many of our clients use a third party to work some of their leads. Unfortunately notifications can only be sent to HubSpot users and there is no workaround/workflow that allows an automation so notifications can be sent to external email addresses.
Clients don't want to set up user accounts for these third party companies. Even with limited access. It would be great if HubSpot could create an answer for this use case.
