We use the bot to automatically assign conversations to reps based on availability. It would be nice if you could select push notifications to go to ALL available reps rather than just the first rep in alphabetical order, or only the person the conversation is assigned to.
Sometimes we have a little overlap in shifts of reps logging on/off and chats get missed because the notification went to someone else.
