Notification when Contacts are Deleted

Admins of a company should be notofied if multiple contacts or companies were deleted from their HubSpot. Multiple times, we have had a bulk delete done (either on accident, or some form of glitch that happened and no one knew about it) and we have lost contacts that have been clients for 10+ years and we lose everything, without ever knowing these contacts were deleted. This would allow us to restore the contacts that were deleted accidentally, and not lose them for good. 

 

This just happened to us, where a good amount of contacts were deleted on accident, and we have no idea how it happened. Had we not looked for the specific contact in the restore contacts page, we would have lost almost 100 contacts that should not have been deleted.  

 

If someone was notified, and they didnt recognize the mass-delete, it would allow for a quick resolution.

Another use case is when a contact is categorized as a main primary, secondary or billing contact, you shouldn't be able to delete them without a notification that another "billing contact" or "primary contact" needs to be assigned first before this contact is deleted.

I agree to the above idea. When a contact or deal is deleted accidently it should be notified either to the owner of the object.

Another idea, Super Admin can be notified when a user is deleted from Hubspot, it may be deactivated or removed from Hubspot. other Super Admin can be notified.

Anyone agree with me or not? suggest if its needed.

I want a monetoring system so that when contacts or companies are being bulk deleted (e.g. +10) super admin gets notified.

We absolutely need this founctality to be compliant with our ISO 13485 quality process as medical device manufacturer. When do you think this functionality could be implemented ?

I would like the record owner to be notified for all objects, Contact, Company, or Deal if any of them is deleted.

Ideally, if there are multiple users associated with the record, they are also notified. 

 

At the very least, our admins should be aware of records being deleted in bulk (from any source).

In the Audit Log there are a couple of notifications we can enable. But not for bulk deletion.

 

It would be amazing if we could set up a bulk delete notification in the Audit Log, letting Admins know Contacts were deleted.

 

I just caught a bulk delete of contacts. I was able to restore them because it was within 90 days, but if this is noticied within this period, this could be harmful.
