I am suprised that there is no feature in Hubspot that will notify an account owner when an email sent via a workflow is opened by a prospect. They get notified if the prospect is on our website, but not if an email is opened. That might be an opportune time to call the prospect. In talking with Hubspot support there are workarounds creating a separate workflow and active list when an email is opened, but that is a kludge. Please add a feature where the account owner and any others selected can be notified by email, and maybe even a pop-up, when someone opens an email sent in a workflow.
