I often schedule out social posts a month in advance. It would be helpful to receive an email notification when the scheduled social post goes live so that I can double-check the post as published with accuracy. Additionally, if there is an error and the post doesn't go out at the scheduled time, it would be helpful to receive an email notifying me of the error.
Additionally, it would be great to get a notification that a post has been scheduled and/or immediately sent by another on the marketing staff in order avoid overlap. In general, a social section on the mobile app would be useful. It seems as though HubSpot has gone more for the CRM and forgotten about the Social (where's TikTok?) Users have been complaining about this since 2017 and nothing has changed. I've already purchased HootSuite for Social, so maybe I'll find another CRM as well if I must use two programs; one that is more responsive to it's customers needs and gets with the times.
I appreciate the solution, the problem we have is the ability to publish on the fly, so to speak, with our phones, and some members may not be aware that they are posting to platforms that have posts that are scheduled or are just to be out at the same time.
While I'm aware that it is possible to look at the scheduled content via browser, it doesn't present well on mobile ( not mobile formatted.) It's not an option in the HubSpot app. I've noticed through online groups that this is an ongoing complaint (as far back as 2017.)
Hey @TonyDowling -- this is a great suggestion, and something I already have set up. The blogs are no problem to stay on top of, it's just the social posts. It would be great to get that reminder notification of "your scheduled post has been published! Take a look."
@LKrieger I'm with you. Especially for the marketers that are out in the field or capturing footage for an event that they need to post. It would be helpful to be able to do everything easily from the app. Fingers crossed HubSpot figures this out!
@MGaetano: This would be also very useful aspect for us. In addition it would be very helpful, if I can send a notification of the published post (via check mark in HubSpot) to my company follower (as it is also possible via LinkedIn).
Would be good to have an integration with Slack too, so I can send a notification to the whole team every time a new social post on linkedin is published. This makes it way easier for them to repost or repurpose posts from our main business account to their personal accounts, without me having to copy paste all posts to our Slack channel, every time a posts goes live;
When a post is published, it would be great to push a notifcation to the whole team on Slack, microsoft teams, or email- inviting them to engage with our posts. Right now, I have to manually copy and paste the links into our company chat to get everyone's eyes on it and engaging. Its REALLY annoying. All the data is in the scheduler already and this SHOULD be able to be accomplished
