The problem: only the deal owner (who also owns all quotes associated to the deal) get notifications when a quote is signed. The user who created the quote, does not.
Use case: SDRs. They will often create the quote even if they don't "own" the deal. They should definitely have the option to get notified.
Solution: add a setting in notification settings to toggle on or off quote signed notifications for quotes you've created.
