I assumed that the "Comments on activity you're involved in" notification would generate emails for internal comments left on Conversations I own but apparently Conversations are not "activities" and there is actually currently no notification available for comments left on owned Conversations. I know we can specifically @mention a HubSpot User ("Comments you're mentioned in"), but that seems like an unnecessary thing to remember when the owner should clearly be notified.
