Not replied Conversations
In HubSpot Conversations there are options to see Not asigned conversations, also Assigned to me, Filtered, Trash and Sent. But there is no Not replied or Awaiting for a response filter.
This would be tremendously useful in case you would want to measure effectivity and are chatting with hundreds of conversations at any given moment. Which is more and more common these days.
To summarize the idea would be: the oppostite of the "Sent" filter / activity.
Specially useful if this could also be triggered or filtered every time the lead responds, not just at the beggining.
