We have contacts dating back almost 20 years in our CRM and currently there is no way for us to delete a bad email out of the account without deleting the whole contact unless we have an alternate. This "bug" is completely ridiculous for us as a company when we rely on information and people change email address' so regularly especially with the change over in employment with everything this year. The likelihood a client would interact with us again with a different email is high and yet if we delete their contact we have no history of previous sales with this contact. Yes, we have a workaround but makes our CRM completely inaccurate.
