'Not Equal To' condition for calculated properties

Hello HubSpot community! 

I'd like to calculate the total number of email opens on an account, but only if the associated contact has not unsubscribed. 

To do that, I'm creating a custom calculated property that just gives you the total of contacts on an account, and how many emails they've opened. Then I try to use this feature:

You might think that the above condition would suffice, but most people don't have any value at all set for the "Opted out of all email" property. So what I actually need is a "!=" operator in the middle. That way I can select "not equal to true" instead of "equals false".

I agree the calculated property capabilities need to be greatly expanded, with this and many other changes.

Yes, agreed! We need the ability to exclude records from rollup calculations.

I'm specifically looking to roll up the number of active contacts associated with a Company, so I need to be able to roll up all associated Contacts where the Contact Status does not equal Disqualified, Left Company, etc. Thanks!
