Non-Admin Users need permissions to edit Conversations settings
as an enterprise user, we need to give single users the permission to edit live chat options (conversations). Currently, only administrators are able to activate and deactive the live chat. For bigger companies which are operating in a lot of countries, we need this to give countries or team leads the opportunity to edit their options, e.g. to deactivate the chat if something goes wrong or if they are (regional) holidays.
