I suppose that all HubSpot users receive evaluations requests of the service provided by your employees after finishing a written or verbal exchange.
Beside the fact that this process is triggered after each and every ticket, I refuse the idea to rate people. As long as I do not send a written complaint about a certain employee, your staff is doing its job well! For sure some receive bad evaluations, simply due to limitations of the system and create therewith unnecessary preassure on the employee.
Please introduce a function to deactivate this function if not desigered; like in my case.
