It would be great if there was an easier way to "flag" an individual contact record as "No Longer with this Company." Currently, we're adding it to the notes and pinning it to the top, but like other CRMs, it would be great to have this a toggle or some sort of flag.
I would love for Hubspot to be able to integrate with Outlook to parse automatic replies to marketing emails that include the text "no longer at" or "no longer employed" or "no longer works." Then update the contact record in Hubspot. When doing this manually, we update our contact record with some status changes and include a note with the note type of "marketing email" that explains the email is no longer valid. Then we notify the contact owner (perhaps the salesperson would like to reach out to the company to track down a new contact).
Automating that update and notification process would be ideal.
