New reporting feature that counts the number of turns that a ticket takes
My company routinely uses HubSpot Tickets for case management between internal teams. As we discuss back and forth, we update a custom ticket property that essentially flips ownership of the ticket from one team to another.
It would be great to be able to count how many turns a ticket goes through to track efficiency between teams. In this context, I am defining "turns" as the number of times that a property changes from one value to another
