New knowledge base content automated notification to contacts
I want my HS contacts, that have access to the knowledge base, to get a notification about NEW content/ article, not an update. I would also want it to be able to select which section of KB that triggers that. I might now want to have that all the section. Today the only work around is to create a temaplte and then a workflow... but is not fully automated, so I am not happy 🙂
