We use Hubspot forms frequently for our internal teams to create Hubspot tickets. It'd be beneficial to have the new form editor connect to tickets so that we can take advantage of the additional flexibility with conditional logic to create tickets. Thanks!
Hi everyone! My name is Hallie, and I'm an Associate Program Manager on our CXM team here at HubSpot. I'm happy to share that you can now use ticket properties in the new forms editor! You can read more about it in this product update. 😊
Idea: Integrate Ticket Properties into Multi-Step Forms
Overview
We propose enhancing the new multi-step form feature by allowing the use of Ticket Properties, similar to the functionality available in the legacy form builder. This integration would significantly streamline interdepartmental ticket creation and collaboration.
Use Case
Currently, we utilize HubSpot forms for creating tickets across various departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. However, managing multiple forms can be cumbersome and inefficient.
Benefits of Integration
Consolidation: By incorporating Ticket Properties into multi-step forms, we can consolidate all departmental forms into a single, cohesive process.
Improved Logic: The ability to apply conditional logic in multi-step forms will allow us to tailor the ticket creation experience based on specific department needs.
Enhanced User Experience: A unified form will simplify the ticket submission process for users, reducing confusion and improving response times.
Conclusion
Integrating Ticket Properties into the multi-step form feature will not only enhance our workflow but also improve collaboration across departments. We believe this enhancement would greatly benefit many HubSpot users facing similar challenges.
