New feature: Duplicate Record Configurable Confidence Threshold
The duplicate tool is generating a wide variety of matches: some with matching name, email domain and phone number, and some with a very weak name match alone, for instance. It would be highly desirable to configure a threshold of similarity, or conversely confidence, for a suspected duplicate to be added to the list. Right now the issue is that we get notified of new duplicates and most of them simply just aren't real matches and we have to reject them, which is an extra step. Would prefer they don't even get listed in the tool to begin with.
