New Forms asks Ticketname as a mandatory Field when connected to Helpdesk
Today we used the new form editor. I was excited that you can directly connect them to Helpdesk and create Tickets. The moment I created the automation came back and wanted to save it. The fields Ticketname appeared as a mustfield. The users who fill these forms will find this strange and I would not be able to use this form the way I want to.
The idea was that the users or our customers put their inputs and the name of the ticket is created automatically with a mix of these inputs. Please look into this.

That would be really cool - maybe like a Breeze AI property built into the form that you can add a specific prompt to - like "based on the response to this form, generate a ticket name". There are already some Breeze AI-powered ticket name generating features in Helpdesk, it would be cool if it could be moved to the form.
This is a valid concern, this would help streamline customer experience .
