A this stage, we are unable to filter contacts by specific new CTA engagement in the list builder - the new tool does not let us to choose CTAs by name or ID, which prevents us from segmenting or scoring contacts based on their interaction with an individual CTA.
The available workarounds do not provide actionable contact-level data, and that this missing feature is frustrating given the legacy tool's capabilities.
Given that this was a basic function in Legacy, please ask the team to prioritise this development.
