We configured HubSpot never to log any e-mails/contacts based on our domain. That works well regarding personal mailboxes. Yet, it needs to work also regarding the conversation inbox.
Currently, all e-mails with employees in CC that are sent to conversation inboxes will create a contact/log the e-mail in the CRM. Although, the system is configured never to log our domain.
Please check that and extend the Never Log Function to conversation inboxes.
