Nested sub-categories (with descriptions) in the Knowledgebase

This would allow deeper categorisation and customisation across a broad range of complex topics that a knowledgebase often contains, allowing for better intuition for any customers and staff that need to navigate to appropriate resources with minimum confusion and minimum time spent.

 

Additionally, descriptions of sub-categories (and additional nested sub-categories) would be extremely helpful.
