We turned on our ChatBot the other day and now we are getting a ton of spam coming in through it that we cannot control the same way that we control inputs to CTAs/Forms via the captcha we have there. I have seen examples of where a form /captcha are inside of a chat window before and this would be very good to have with HubSpot? Unforotunately at this time, we have to turn off the ChatBot until we can manage the spam coming
Hello? Is anyone from HubSpot monitoring this forum? This is almost a three-year-old question without a response. Live Chat is useless without a re-captcha form.
We still have no plans to use a Chatbot based on what was submitted 3+ years back, I have no faith that HubSpot has seen this, understands the implications or really cares. Just another functionality checkoff for the next sale they want to make
