Need to be able to delete multiple attachments from a Deal
We try to encourage most of our team to have Hubspot enabled.
But the downside is that every attachment sent to a contact gets logged against every Deal associated with that contact. A single contact may be associated with up to 10 or so deals at one time - so the workflows attached to a deal are difficult to use, because the deal has attracted so many unrelated attachments.
We need to be able to review the attachments on a deal more easily, select the irrelevant deals and delete them in a single action.
Alternatively - use some AI to ensure that attachments are only attached to the right deal.!
I work for a HubSpot Diamond Partner. We have developed an app for the marketplace that aims to solve the issue of bulk deleting attachments. Our app allows users to access a CRM card showing all the attachments associated with an object record and easily delete them in bulk.
We are seeking beta testers who can try our app at no cost, provide valuable feedback, and assist us in enhancing the product's overall usability.
