While it appears that this should be the case, I was just informed that Invoice Line Items do not relate to the Contact. As a result, we can not build any customer segmentation list using Invoice Line Item (i.e. products) data.
The UI creates a false expectation that we should be able to build segments by using Line Item data.
This is the List Builder - The contact does not meet the criteria, even though the data indicates it should be met.
