We need the ability to view reports in percentages. Our KPI's are based on meeting specific percentages for each quarter and year. We need to report on response times, CSAT's, time to close tickets, etc.
Similar requirement here. I want to have a check box on the Company screen and then report on the percentage of companies that have that checkbox ticked.
The scenario, is that we have a "multiples checkbox" to track which services of our portfolio are taken by which companies. If I then offer a service called "car park management", I would like to know what percentage of my client base have taken it up (and group by Company Owner to measure sales rep effectiveness across the portfolio too).
Yes, this would be much appreciated. Percentages are generally more useful than absolute numbers. Since percentages appear when hovering over data, it seems the significance is recognized and could easily be implemented.
