Need the ability to schedule a meeting more than 11 weeks out in advance

When creating meeting links in Hubspot it has the option to pick when a meeting can be scheduled. Currently there is a limit of 11 weeks.

Having no limit or a yearly limit would be extremely helpful as we schedule annual and quarterly calls with clients usually 3-6 months out in advance.

We are trying to get additional individuals on Hubspot but they schedule by the quarter and 11 weeks does not allow far enough out in the future for scheduling with customers.

Hi all!

We had to roll back this beta after discovering a bug. I'm switching the status of this thread back to "in planning" for now, but I'll keep this thread updated as soon as we are able to open the beta again.

Thanks!

Hi everyone! Thanks so much for your feedback.

My name is Melissa and I am the Product Manager for the Meetings tool here at HubSpot.

We just opened a public beta for this functionality! You can opt in by following the steps in this KB article.  The beta is called "Increased Flexibility for Rolling Availability in Scheduling Pages". With this beta, you can now book meetings in scheduling pages up to 60 weeks in advance!

Let me know if you have any feedback!

Thank you for considering this, I plan to set a meeting cadence like they do with Study Clubs and create meetings for the entire year. This also helps doctors plan ahead, since they are typically very busy!

+1 !! Our salesteam cant use HubSpot Agenda because of this 11 weeks limit ! 😞

Is there any feedback on this please Hubspot because we also will have to move to another system if this can't be fixed as we need to schedule at least 6 months ahead

Have upvoted.  11 week limit is a deal breaker for our use case.  We're booking manufacturing build slots and these go out for many months.

Will look at Calendly as a work out, but would prefer Hubspot native Meetings.

Being able to book at least 6 months (preferably a year) in advance would be really helpful.

I echo someone else on here who also recommended recurring meetings. And finally on my meetings wish list is to be able to add multiple attendees to a meeting.

I have programmed a booking feature myself recently and the issue is that, at least when fetching microsoft 365, it takes really long if you probe for a longer period of availability... maybe that's why they limited the time. However, I'd say, the choice is ours to make a trade off.

Another missing option in de meetings module is the ability to configure the standard calendar to create the new events in...

Now all meetings go to the WRONG agenda.  So far for automation...

This is SO essential, and SO basic at the same time. If you agree, then comment and upvote here:  https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Calendar-Meetings-select-specific-agenda-for-new-book...

Yes, agreed.  Need to extend the calendar limit.  I have a client trying to book on my calendar out several months.

That beta was shut down and reverted yesterday due to some issues. Hopefully there are plans to on bringing this back online, once the issues are resolved, but there's no timeline on that yet.

Thanks, @MParham! In case you needed one more justification, when I am planning QBRs with customers, I would like to offer a range of dates that are more than 11 weeks in advance, that allows the customer to schedule a date that is at least one quarter away (which is 12 weeks). The reason why this is important is because I pre-populate my Meeting with a QBR agenda, so once a customer books a QBR meeting, all of the agenda items are pre-filled. Even if I don't update the agenda items to be specific for each customer, I already have a set of general agenda that will work for the QBR.

We need this calendar opened up and not limited to 11 weeks. I'm honestly shocked this has been an ongoing issue for years and has not been fixed yet. Looking forward to the update or finding a new platform.

Absolutely! This limitation is very annoying!
