Need ability for customer group scheduling in Meetings
We previously used ScheduleOnce for schedulinggroup meetings with clients. However, they have sunset this feature. We would prefer to do this with Hubspot meetings. We understand how to include calendars from mutliple internal team members as a current feature, but we need a way for the Meetings scheduler to accept multiple 'availability times' from multiple external customers from which we (Hubspot user) can select/confirm a time for the call/meeting. Is this on the roadmap for Meetings feature development?
We too would love this idea, we host group assessments and would love to be able to open multiple 'seats' in a meeting. Keeping everything in HubSpot would be so much neater than having to use multiple external platforms for us to achieve what we need.
Trying to see if anyone found a work-around for this scenario. We have exactly the same use-case. We need to provide a group of customers the flexibility to choose multiple options. Similar to FindTime in Outlook or Doodle.
