Need the ability to create custom properties for my Hubspot Users (in some ways - treat them like a Contact).
It would be nice to store birthdays, anniversaries and items like that for personal information.
I also need to track - # of Deals closed last year, Volume of Deals Closed last year and other items like that. I know I can create reports for items like this - but I cannot capture this information and use it in workflows.
Some ideas of what I could do with this:
1) Send out a congratulations email after 5 Closings, 20 Closings, etc
2) Calculate % improvement by User from 2020 to 2021
I have a work around in place - but it requires too much manual intervention.
