We currently manage lead assignments for over 100 dealerships, each with a sales manager responsible for tracking and supporting lead engagement. Currently, we assign leads directly to salespeople using HubSpot workflows, but we lack the ability to CC or BCC dealership sales managers, leaving them without visibility into lead assignments. Without automated notifications, our managers miss valuable follow-up opportunities. Manually notifying each manager is inefficient given the volume of daily lead assignments, and adding all managers as users in HubSpot is impractical. A native CC/BCC feature within HubSpot workflows would resolve these challenges by allowing automated, scalable notifications, giving managers real-time visibility into lead assignments and enabling timely follow-up and accountability without added manual steps. This feature would enhance HubSpot’s appeal to companies with distributed sales models, such as automotive and franchise-based businesses, by allowing better oversight and seamless communication across locations. We believe a CC/BCC option would add significant value to HubSpot’s workflow capabilities and support organizations with multi-location sales structures.
