We sync all of our client orders into Hubspot in real-time. Often clients will enter their contact information in all caps at checkout. We'd like to use personalization more but since we have a mix of all caps and mixed case names in our contact database, it's not reliable. I would love if Hubspot could offer a way to turn all caps first and last names into mixed case automatically (the first letter capitalized only).
