We'd like to target our NPS survey based on Company properties, rather than Contact properties.
We have a custom integration that puts Company-specific information the HubSpot Company object (i.e. start date for premium account, end date for premium account, subscription type, etc.). It would be helpful if we could target NPS survey (the lead flow-like float-in survey) as opposed to the e-mail, so that the survey could be presented to all associated contacts when the visit a specific webpage.
This would help us target and engage the right customers without putting company or subscription details on each and every individual contact record.
