We'd like the NPS survey to be sent from the contact owner, but currently that's not an option. That option would be incrdibly valuable in ensuring the sender is the person who holds the relationship.
This is a great idea that would have a positive impact on response rates. Also control when the NPS emails are sent, block sending on weekends (similar to sequences)
