As a frequent practice within my current organisation, we execute campaigns on behalf of our managers/ C-level members, so they could be the face that represents our particular activities.
The thing is that they rarely have the time to process the additional and beneficial data on the replies on the HubSpot CRM, so their assistants need to do that for them.
However, it will be beneficial for us to have the option to select the "reply-to address" to be both that of the sender and as well as this of the assistant of the sender when applicable.
Currently, we can select only one "reply-to" address which makes our managers get drowned in forwarding email replies to their assistants, so they could update the database and/or schedule meetings and etc.
Hi, it would great if this could be implemented to have more than one email in the reply-to address. We run mass-email followups on behalf of our sales team but they will never take the time to connect their inboxes to Hubspot so we can track replies. So it would be ideal if we can put a hubspot-connected inbox email and the sales persons email in both the reply-to address so then we can track replies in Hubspot AND that sales person can also reply back to the customer if they reply. This really needs to be implemented!!
